Returns Policy

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Please include a note with your order number, name, contact details and the reason for return. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked or proof-of-posting service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.

Once your return has been received and checked, any refund due will be processed back to the original payment method.
